We started our business in Stamford Bridge, where John Thompson developed his particular style of preparing fish and chips for his customers. He expanded the business to include a takeaway in Wetwang, which he later sold in 2001.
John and his partner Sarah then built Hazelbush on the A64.
Their aim is to provide their customers with the best quality meals using fresh ingredients and local produce wherever possible.
They continue to provide their customers with fresh innovative items on their menu.
